Pacific Sheet Metal & Roofing (PSMR) is equipped with the latest Computer Numerical Control (CNC) sheet metal production technology. We employ specialized custom sheet metal equipment for greater precision, tool longevity, adaptability and quicker set-up time. PSMR also is equipped with an extensive range of electro—mechanical assembly services and we proudly excel in old—world metal fabrication and metal crafting.
Our custom sheet metal projects can be precisely fabricated using CNC shearing and forming equipment. Our metalworkers are able to save programming and set up costs of a CNC machine by using their experience and skills as fine metal crafters to make parts that don't require a large production run.
PSMR does spot welding of ferrous metal using TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding processes. Using our rolling machine, we can roll up to ¼—inch thick metal 80—inches long into tubes, S—shapes or partial circles.

- Punching up to 120 Tons
- Rolling up to ¼–inch thick up to 80–inch lengths
- Bending up to 240–inch and up to 600 tons
- MIG or TIG spot welding, oxy–acetylene braising and soldering
