“Pacific Sheet Metal & Roofing did the roof on my office building here in Seattle. I called them after finding out they had contracted to work at Safeco Field and figured they must be a good company. They were the third bid we had received and provided the best guarantee of the three and the bid was very detailed which was an important factor for me. They were on time every day and left leaving everything very clean and neat and it really said a lot to me in the quality of the company. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. They were very professional and easy to work with.”

Pacific Sheet Metal has been fabricating sheet metal since 1957. We have a 17,000 square foot fabrication facility located in the heart of Harbor Island where we can build, repair or fabricate most anything out of metal. We offer custom metal fabrication and installation services for the following applications:
Water damage to buildings is a frequent problem and it is often due to improper protection from leakage. Metal flashing is used to prevent water leakage at joints and angles on roofs and walls. When prefabricated flashing can’t be used, custom flashing is necessary to protect your building from water damage. Custom flashing is necessary when prefabricated flashing products won’t properly fit odd angles or spaces. For the best protection, Pacific Sheet Metal can make custom flashing for areas that need protection but can’t be covered by products on the market.
Custom Metal Work
Pacific Sheet Metal is equipped with the latest Computer Numerical Control (CNC) sheet metal production technology. We employ specialized custom sheet metal equipment for greater precision, tool longevity, adaptability and quicker set-up time. Pacific Sheet Metal also is equipped with an extensive range of electro—mechanical assembly services and we proudly excel in old—world metal fabrication and metal crafting.
Our custom sheet metal projects can be precisely fabricated using CNC shearing and forming equipment. Our metalworkers are able to save programming and set up costs of a CNC machine by using their experience and skills as fine metal crafters to make parts that don’t require a large production run.
Pacific Sheet Metal has been providing precision custom sheet metal work to Washington and the Pacific Northwest for over fifty years. We have a 17,000 square—foot shop where our crafters can handle any job from a single part to a large production run. Contact us by phone, email or stop by for some coffee. We will be happy to provide you with a consultation and estimate of your project.

James Reinhardt is the owner and founder of Forward Fabrication, LLC in Seattle Washington. Forward Fabrication is a custom product fabrication shop that manufactures and designs small runs of custom furniture, lighting, handrails and much more. We have made large scale handrails for homes and businesses, lighting for home and restaurants and custom work from signage to custom flaming pyrotechnic art installations. Born in Boulder, Colorado in 1980. Starting at the age of 8, James entered into a metal working jewelry program designed for adults. It was the spark of a career, but James would hardly know it until 10 years later. Working as a volunteer at Arcosanti, a future prototype city in rural Arizona, James began working with metal professionally for the first time. James was 19 years old and his boss, a mid twenties party animal with a deep love for Blade Runner, taught him in the in’s and out’s of making railings, metal sculptures and fabrication. After getting a bachelor’s degree in industrial design from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2004, James returned to Seattle, Wa and found a job building high finish stainless steel racks. This honed skills that would come in handy for the future of his metal working skills. After spending some time doing music videos, building houses and working with The North Face on heated clothing technology, James started doing business for himself in a small shared studio. Now running a small team of skilled fabricators, James is owner of Forward Fabrication, LLC crafting custom lighting, sculptures, railings, and furniture for private clients, architects, designers and site specific installations.
