'Happy' via Dex

When our metal roof sprang a leak around a skylight, we called three different firms. Two of them wanted to take the roof apart and rebuild it . . . for thousands of dollars.

PSM&R looked at it and said, "We think a little caulk around the skylight might just do the trick." And so they caulked it (for quite a bit less than several thousand dollars - for quite a bit less than several hundred dollars). So far, so good.

I wish more contractors were as willing to think creatively about a problem, rather than just trying to fill their pockets with our cash.

And - even better - PSM&R communicated clearly and consistently throughout the process, doing exactly what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it.
